The exception is for the month of July when it will be held on the second Tuesday of the month. The public is invited to address the Board on any subject. Requests to speak to the Governing Board may be made by filling out the form, available in the Board Room prior to each meeting. By law the Board will be unable to respond to any item that is not on the posted agenda but may take it under advisement for further discussion.
