Employee Benefits
The Osborn Elementary School District offers three health plan options to cover our employees at no cost to them. We also boast a $50,000 life insurance plan at no cost to our employees. These options are available to eligible employees who consistently work 30 hours or more per week. Increased employee health coverage, dependent coverage and all other optional coverage are offered at the expense of the employee. All deductibles and benefits plans run on an academic calendar year from July 1 through June 30.
