The Teaching and Learning Department includes Elementary Instruction and Middle School Instruction.

The department of Teaching and Learning provides leadership, curriculum guidance, and resources to help teachers and school administrators as they work together to improve student achievement. This guidance seeks to ensure that all students meet or exceed academic standards from pre-kindergarten through junior high. This department aligns its work with the vision, mission, and goals of Osborn School District.
