PURPOSE.

The OSD Web Site is provided as a service for students, parents, employees and community members of OSD. OSD encourages parents to monitor their children's Internet use.

OSD neither endorses nor sponsors the organizations or activities represented by these Third Party Websites.OSD does not control the Third Party Websites and is not responsible for the content included in them including, without limitation, any subsequent links contained within a linked web site, or any changes or updates to a linked web site.  Any reference from the OSD Site to any entity, product, service or information does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by OSD. No Third Party Website is authorized to make any representations or warranties on our behalf.  Your visit to any Third Party Websites are subject to the terms and conditions of such Third Party Websites, and not this OSD Site's Agreement. You will indemnify and hold the OSD harmless from any losses sustained as the result of intentional misuse of the OSD Site by you.

CHANGES IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

OSD may modify this Agreement at any time.  You are bound by the version of this Agreement that is in effect at the time you visit the OSD Site, so the terms of this Agreement may be different the next time you use this OSD Site.  Any use of this OSD Site by you after such amendment(s) shall be deemed to constitute acceptance byyou of the amendment(s).  You should regularly review and print this Agreement for your records.

CONTROLLING LAW.

This Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of Arizona.  The laws of the State of Arizona will govern any dispute arising from the terms of this Agreement or a breach of this Agreement.  You agree to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Arizona. 

TRADEMARKS.

OSD's trademarks, logos, images, and service marks used on this site are the property of the OSD and may not be used without written permission from OSD, and then only with proper acknowledgement.
